A company tied to the Patriots’ Rob Gronkowski has closed on a corner penthouse in the Seaport District.
The famously affable (and sadly injured) tight end appears to have paid $1,900,000 for the 2,063-square-foot spread, which includes two bedrooms, two parking spaces, and a private roof deck.
That’s quite a deal for Gronkowski: The condo was originally listed in June for $2,400,000. Its price dropped to $2,195,000 in August and he went to contract on it the following month. (h/t the Herald)
