‘Tis the season for particularly bright—some might say garish—Christmas lights-slash-decorations around the Boston region.
There are plenty of opportunities to soak up the holiday vibe visually in public spaces (City Hall Plaza, anyone?), but what about via private homes in different neighborhoods?
Our Friday Open Thread wants to know: Which areas of Greater Boston do lights and decorations the best? Perennial favorites Saugus and Somerville always make these lists as do certain sections of Beacon Hill (see Acorn Street above).
