The 14-story, 120-unit luxury condo development at 50 Liberty Drive on the Boston waterfront’s Fan Pier officially broke ground in October 2015. Last week, it officially topped off.
The complex is going up next to Twenty-Two Liberty, another Fallon Company project and one where choicer units have gone for well northward of $5,000,000. Fifty Liberty will include 30,000 square feet of civic, cultural, and retail space.
