Cambridge's Once-Priciest Listing Sells for Six Figures Off

New, 1 comment

The nine-room, 4,238-square-foot Modernist Colonial at 10 Garden Terrace just northwest of Harvard Square dropped in mid-November for $4,250,000, making it the priciest listing on a very pricey Cambridge market as 2015 slouched to a close. A deal for the 5-BR, 3.5-BA spread that Cambridge-based architect Peter Sollogub designed just closed. Ten Garden Terrace went in the end for $4,000,000 even, or $250K off its asking.
