Unit 4-1 at 26 Stillman Street in the North End runs to 978 square feet and has one bedroom and one bathroom. There is also access to the common roof deck (hello, Charlestown!) and oversized windows basically covering most of one wall. But what really catches the eye in this loft is the sheer amount of exposed brick and beam. The whole shebang dropped less than a week ago for $739,000, or a relatively cheap $756 and change per square foot.
