Leather District Loft Retains Industrial Touches, Not $1M Price

New, 7 comments

Unit 5A at 107 South Street is a typically airy, woody loft for Boston's Leather District, with roots in the area's 19th-century industrial past. It runs to nearly 1,900 square feet and includes one bathroom as well as one bedroom (and a galley kitchen). The live-work space originally dropped in mid-June 2015 for $999,000. That tag bounced to $1,050,000 at the end of the summer. Alas, the new tag proved a little too ambitious. A sale for Unit 5A just closed ... at that original price of $999K.
