Charlestown's Flagship Wharf has offered up its Penthouse 201, a west-facing number with two levels and a private deck off the main bedroom suite and tons of water views through ginormous windows. The 2,049-square-foot 2-BR, 2.5-BA also comes with two parking spaces (2!), including one valeted. Seemingly enough, too, the spread arrives with a not-altogether gobsmacking price tag. The penthouse is asking $1,995,000 through Otis & Ahearn. That pencils out to just under $975 a square foot, which doesn't seem all that huge given the size and the location. Right?
