Sure, the 2-BR, 1-BA loft that is Unit 6B at 116 Lincoln Street in Boston's Leather District has tin ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace and a wine fridge and wiring for surround sound. What really makes it pop, though, is the 1,000-square-foot roof deck accessible via a gorgeous exposed staircase. Said deck (which is almost as big as the 1,296-square-foot condo beneath it) has running water, a grill station, built-in benches, the capacity for TV and (again) surround sound, and views, views, views. The expanse is not much use in the weather we're experiencing now. Give it a couple of months, however, and it will seem infinitely enviable. Alas, the whole spread just traded for $948,000.
