One of Boston's priciest new rental listings has provided a deep look inside one of the city's newest condo developments. Eight single-floor and townhouse-style units went up from late 2014 through 2015 at 17-21 Piedmont Street in tiny Bay Village, and have been on the market through Gibson Sotheby's for a while now.
Yet interior renderings/photos have been hard to come by for what's been dubbed Piedmont Park Square (and which occupies part of the site of the 1942 fire at the old Cocoanut Grove nightclub that killed 492). Now, Unit 19, one of the townhouse-style spreads, is up for rent for a cool $12,500 a month; and the 2,700-square-foot 3-BR, 3-BA provides plenty of peeks inside. Look around.
