Beacon Hill Townhouse Asking Just Under $5.5M Post-Renovation

More than twice what it got in 2012

The 136-year-old townhouse at 9 Lime Street in oh-so-charming Beacon Hill last sold in June 2012 for $2,350,000. FH Perry Builders then led a two-year renovation of the 3,410-square-foot, nine-room spread, the bones of which date from 1880.

The result? A cleverly designed home with all sorts of goodies, including top-floor entertainment space complete with a wet bar and a walk-out deck as well as garden-level expanse accessible by a private entrance. There are also four fireplaces.

The price tag through Coldwell Banker is $5,499,000. Stay tuned.
