East Boston Condos: What They Cost Right Now

Newish Seville Boston Harbor leads on the higher end

The average asking price for an East Boston condo in April is $513 a square foot, according to a new analysis of market-rate listings from real estate research site NeighborhoodX. Not surprisingly, prices within the neighborhood, which has seen its share of epic deals and hefty developments of late, range on either side of that average.

On the more affordable end is a 2-BR at 159 Cottage Street asking $362 a square foot. At the more expensive end is a 2-BR at the newish Seville Boston Harbor at 250 Meridian Street, which is asking $700 a square foot. More data below.
