The 30-story Pierce Boston tower under construction at Boylston and Brookline Avenue in busy, busy Fenway has already sold more than 30 percent of its 109 condos, according to the development team led by Samuels & Associates.
The official groundbreaking for the building was in early October 2015, and it is expected to open in 2018. Pierce Boston will also include 240 apartments. Asking prices are $1,000,000 to $6,000,000, and rents are not yet out.
The tower is also due to come with more than 20,000 square feet of street-level retail and restaurant space as well as amenities such as a rooftop swimming pool, a fitness center, a restaurant, a 24/7 concierge, and 80 parking spaces.
The first Boston project of Miami-based Arquitectonica, Pierce Boston joins a veritable forest of recent arrivals in Fenway and is designed to be a striking feature of the western edge of the city's skyline.
