Charlestown House Dating From 1830 On Sale for $1.15M

Last traded in 1991

The bones of the house at 10 Cross Street near oh-so-historic Charlestown’s Monument Square date from 1830. The seven-room, 1,500-square-foot spread includes an open first floor with two wood-burning fireplaces (out of three total) and skylights in two of the four bedrooms.

Ten Cross is new to the market through Hammond for $1,150,000. That tag includes a fenced-in patio and driveway parking. The house last traded way back in 1991 for about $334,000 in today’s dollars. Stay tuned.
