The epic Millennium Tower condo is not yet ready for its grand, grand opening (grand), but one of its newly minted owners has already listed a unit for rent.
No. 4806 is a 2,663-square-foot 3-BR, 2.5-BA on the 48th floor of the 60-floor tower. It wants $25,000 a month, which also includes two valeted parking spaces and access to the tower’s amenities, including Boston’s largest residents-only fitness club.
We’re fairly certain that this 48th-floor spread is the highest rental ever offered in Boston. Why? Because no residential building in Boston has ever stretched as high as Millennium. In fact, there is no residential building right now reaching anywhere near 48 stories.
Of course, that will change very soon.
