Restored Victorian Drops in Cambridge’s Huron Village For $1M-Plus

Bones date from 1886

The 1,955-square-foot Victorian at 17 Saville Street in Cambridge’s Huron Village neighborhood dates from 1886, but was renovated in 2004.

It includes vaulted ceilings in the three bedrooms on the second floor, an 8.5-foot one in the living room on the first, and a finished basement. There is an enclosed porch out front and a fenced-in garden out back.

The current owner, a chef relocating to Manchester, N.H., to launch a new restaurant, is selling the house for $1,095,000 through Maggie Currier at Coldwell Banker.
