Gut-Renovated Charlestown Townhouse Drops For $1.2M

Comes complete with Juliet balcony, roof deck

The 2,336-square-foot townhouse at 35 Russell Street in so-much-to-see Charlestown last traded back in November 2008 for $290,000 (or about $325,000 in today’s money).

It was then gut-renovated, work that left it with touches such as a granite-infused kitchen, a main bedroom suite with a sitting room (with a fireplace), a Juliet balcony overlooking the patio, and a 400-square-foot roof deck.

The spread is now new to the market through Gibson Sotheby’s Adam Geragosian for $1,200,000.
