Developer Criterion Development Partners is out with the first renderings of its proposed complex across from the Forest Hills T stop.
Called, appropriately enough, the Residences at Forest Hills, the complex would replace a couple of parking lots with 260 studio, 1-BR, 2-BR, and 3-BR apartments (including townhouse-style ones), plus about 5,500 square feet of retail.
The city has yet to sign off on the plans, but they fit snugly with Boston-wide efforts at transit-oriented development (though there would be 146 parking spots at the Residences).
