The Jordan Lofts at 481 Harrison Avenue is one of myriad residential projects reshaping Boston’s South End.
The 12 luxury condos carved from the one-time horse stable dropped on the sales market in late 2015 (there were originally 18 total). Five of the dozen, or 42 percent, had been spoken for by the spring.
The two priciest non-penthouse units were not among the sold. Units 4A and 4D have both been listed for several months for $2,975,000 each. (Lofty penthouses consume the building’s top two floors; those have yet to be priced.)
Unit 4A, pictured herein, is a 3-BR, 3-BA spread over 2,150 square feet. Unit 4D is a 3-BR, 3.5-BA spread over 2,160 square feet. Both come with garage parking.
