The 180-unit apartment complex Deco in South Quincy, just off the Quincy Adams Red Line stop, is more than 68 percent leased roughly six months after leasing commenced with sweeteners such as one month free and no security deposit with the right credit.
Developer Cabot Cabot & Forbes and manager/marketer Bozzuto positioned the complex as a fashionable alternative to renting 20 minutes or so northward in Boston. The Art Deco style inspired the name; and amenities include a putting green, a heated pool, a pet spa, and a tasting room.
Deco studios still available start at $2,025 a month; 1-BRs at $2,245; and 2-BRs at $2,775. Garage parking and storage are on offer for additional monthly fees.
