Tiny condos for sale in cities around Boston

Including Quincy and Watertown

The smallest condos for sale in Quincy, Waltham, and Watertown are asking between $368 and $690 a square foot, according to an analysis from real estate research site NeighborhoodX.

That makes them pretty much cheaper than similarly sized condos in other Boston neighbors such as Arlington, Malden, and Chelsea (and a lot cheaper than tiny condos in Boston proper).

Incidentally, the most expensive tiny condo on the market in Quincy, Waltham, and Watertown right now is Unit 2 at 73 Robbins Street in Waltham. It’s a 217-square-foot affair asking $149,900—after several price-chops—or about $690 a square foot. It’s pictured at top.
