East Arlington Victorian still town’s priciest listing after $100K price-chop

17-room spread product of a 2015 renovation

The 17-room, 4,676-square-foot Victorian at 129 Lake Street in Arlington’s East Arlington recently slashed its asking price $100,000. The new $1,399,000 still makes the 7-BR spread dating from 1885 the town’s most expensive home for sale.

The house last traded in July 2014 for just $600,000. It then underwent a serious renovation, which left behind the cleanly refined space you see above. Old New England Properties has the listing.
