The nine-room, 3,458-square-foot Victorian at 22 Glendale Street has enough going for it already without any added spin: modern amenities, period details (the house dates from 1905), and a not-astronomical price tag of $479,000.
Yet the Keller Williams listing just goes ahead and puts it out there: Twenty-two Glendale is also near big-time new developments such as the 362-unit DotBlock and the 475-unit South Bay project next to the similarly named shopping center. Each project involves multiple new buildings over several acres.
If that’s important to you—or if you just want in on one of Boston’s more happening neighborhoods—then viola. Look around.
