The 2,850-square-foot colonial Victorian at 20 Percival Street in Dorchester last sold in June 2009 for about $517,000 in today’s coinage.
The 11-room, three-fireplace spread is now under contract at an asking price of $649,900.
Twenty Percival contains touches of its circa 1897 roots and also comes with nearly a quarter-acre of land. Not a bad get at the price, especially in one of the region’s more coveted neighborhoods.
