It was the spring when last we checked in with the 12-room, 6,082-square-foot townhouse at 9 Walnut Street in so-much-to-see Beacon Hill.
The renovated spread dating from 1890 and crowned with a roof deck was asking $8,250,000.
It disappeared from the market before Halloween, and has only now just returned through Coldwell Banker. A big difference this go-round? The price. Nine Walnut now wants $7,500,000.
That’s nothing to sneeze at, of course, but it represents a full $750,000 off the original asking. Stay tuned.
