The results: A slim plurality of 28.62 percent nailed the correct asking rent for this 2-BR, 1.5-BA condo on the Commonwealth Avenue Mall in western Back Bay. In second place was $3,900 with just over 26 percent.
Interestingly, 23.19 percent and 18.12 percent went long with $5,000 and $5,450 a month, respectively. The rent does cover laundry and a parking space, so maybe those guesses were understandable.
