Includes three fireplaces, too

The 3,136-square-foot Georgian revival at 60 High Street in Brookline, just on the other side of Olmsted Park from Boston, dates from 1928.

The colorful, airy spread last sold in April 2006 for about $1,170,000 in today’s cabbage, and is now on sale through Alan Cohen for $1,750,000.

The centerpiece is a 26-foot-long living room, and there are also three fireplaces, one of which is in the main bedroom suite.
