South Boston-based Helm Residential is calling its plans for a four-story, 21-unit apartment building at 317 Belgrade Avenue a “gateway” into Roslindale from West Roxbury.
The project would replace a vacant one-story commercial building at the address.
Eighteen of the apartments would be 2-BRs, with the remainder 3-BRs, and most would be market-rate. And, although the Bellevue commuter-rail stop is right nearby, the developer plans 24 underground parking spaces for the project.
The city has just received the proposal. Decisions forthcoming.
