What’s on your development wish list for 2017?

Development is certainly booming in the Boston region (though for how much longer, nobody’s quite sure). Still, are there some projects that you would like to see get underway that aren’t underway already?

These could be long-stalled efforts; or ones that many might consider pipe dreams.

And they needn’t be buildings or complexes only. What transportation changes would you like to see start in 2017? What sort of new public art? Parkland?
