The average asking price for market-rate Cambridge condos in mid-October was $756 a square foot, according to an analysis from real estate research site NeighborhoodX.
Asking prices among listings in ever-changing Harvard Square skewed that average higher than it might have been, NeighborhoodX research director Constantine Valhouli said in an email. The range of condo prices in the city does vary—from $473 to $1,395 a foot. See below.
As for market-rate Cambridge houses, the average asking price as of mid-October was $672 a square foot from a range of $434 to $1,033. Check out the chart below.
