Eight of Boston’s 10 largest condos for sale right now are in either Back Bay or Beacon Hill, according to an analysis from real estate research site NeighborhoodX.
The other two are in the Leather District and Roxbury. That latter one—Unit 2 at 27 Howland Street (pictured above)—is asking $371 a square foot.
The asking prices for the other nine range from $953 to $2,191 a foot, according to NeighborhoodX research director Constantine Valhouli
