The bones of the townhouse at 28 Melrose Street in Bay Village, Boston’s smallest official neighborhood and one of its most walkable, date from 1890.
But a recent gut-renovation that ArchBuild Group Boston led created a modern spread complete with wide-open access from the dining room to the bluestone patio out back.
The 2,590-square-foot townhouse with three bedrooms and two bathrooms is on sale now through Coldwell Banker for $2.575 million.
That is quite a bit off from the late June asking of $2.695 million. Have a look-see.
