Developer New Boston Ventures is converting the shuttered Our Lady of Victories Church and rectory at 25-29 Isabella Street in tiny Bay Village into a nine-unit luxury condo.
Construction on the five-story project, dubbed the Marc, is not expected to wrap until the end of 2018, but a new listing provides a peek at what its condos might look like (as might New Boston Ventures’ recently finished Lucas condos in the South End).
To wit: The 2,065-square-foot Unit 1 is due to include a glass-walled study as well as two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.
Unit 1 will also cover an entire floor as well as have its own entrance. The $2.35 million tag will include two garaged parking spaces, too.
Coldwell Banker has the listing.
