Beacon Hill one-bedroom with two fireplaces drops for $3.15M

‘Easily convertible’ to two

Unit 2 at 34.5 Beacon Street in Beacon Hill might very well be the most expensive one-bedroom on the Boston market right now—perhaps the most expensive in a long, long time.

The 2,352-square-foot, six-room spread is asking $3.15 million through Coldwell Banker. That listing notes that what is technically a one-bedroom is “easily convertible” back to a two-bedroom—just flip the office.

The parlor-level condo also includes a 36-foot-long living room-dining room and two fireplaces, all in a two-unit brownstone dating from 1899.
