Much of the 4,049-square-foot Deck House at 72 Winter Street in Lincoln dates from 1961. An addition in the 1990s included one of the two main bedroom suites.

The modern house with four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms is on sale through the Janovitz-Tse Team at William Raveis for $1.295 million.

According to the listing, the spread is “essentially three pavilions arranged in the style of a Japanese country house.” Two of those pavilions are within the house itself and the third is the garage.
