The 3,506-square-foot, 19th-floor Unit 19D at the Robert A.M. Stern-designed Clarendon condo tower at 400 Stuart Street has not been on the market before until now.
That’s because the three-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom spread is the product of a combination of front and back units that once traded separately.
The combined affair, which apparently includes the largest deck among the Clarendon’s 103 units, is on sale through Compass for $10.5 million.
That used to be a lot of money in the Boston condo market.
