The bones of the nine-room, 4,778-square-foot house at 10 Coolidge Hill Road in West Cambridge date from 1806.
It’s been in the same family since 1960, and is now on sale for $3.25 million through Compass’ Petrowsky Group.
The house comes with the potential for up to five bedrooms. There are five fireplaces as well and a third level with cathedral ceilings. The many built-in bookshelves can apparently hold up to 8,000 volumes, too.
One more perk: 10 Coolidge Hill is next to a community tennis court. Game, set, match.
