The Re/Max Luxury Living listing for the 3,000-square-foot brownstone at 41 Chestnut Street in Charlestown describes the 4-BR, 3.5-BA spread as in the “Back Bay style.”
We’ll leave that up to you, but the townhouse, which is asking $9,000 a month in rent, does resemble what one might find perusing Back Bay’s Commonwealth Avenue or Beacon Street.
The brownstone’s most striking feature is a kind of sunroom addition that crowns the whole affair and that, in turn, leads to a private roof deck with sweeping views.
Also note: The asking rent has come down a full $1,000 since early December. Act now.
