Bulfinch Triangle’s Forecaster 121 condo almost finished

Developer Pizzuti Development is almost finished with its years-long conversion and four-floor extension of the old six-story Forecaster of Boston raincoat warehouse at 121 Portland Street in the West End’s Bulfinch Triangle.

Its 80 condos have been on sale since early 2016 and at least eight remain. These units range from $625,000 for a 481-square-foot 1-BR, 1-BA to $1,275,000 for a 1,139-square-foot 2-BR, 2-BA. Not cheap, in other words.

Owners are expected to start moving into what Pizzuti has dubbed Forecaster 121 before the end of March.
