The 2,273-square-foot Unit B at 66 Seaverns Avenue in Jamaica Plain was carved from a printing house originally constructed in 1908.

The cleanly designed number, which includes three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms as well as a private roof deck with a wet bar, just dropped for $1,045,000 through Roberta Orlandino at Coldwell Banker.
