What/where: a 1-BR, 1-BA condo on Harrison Avenue in the South End

Square footage: 705

The skinny: Fewer areas of the Boston area are seeing as big a development boom as the South End’s Harrison Avenue corridor. This sixth-floor condo is not a part of that boom, having gone up in 2002, but it’s got a bird’s-eye view of the cranes, etc.
