Cambridge contemporary sells for $3.4M-plus after numerous price-chops

That tag came gradually down for the capacious 5-BR, 4.5-BA—all the way to $3,949,000 in October.

A sale of the house just closed through Real Estate Advisors Group for $3,425,000. Well off the original tag, yes, but we’re guessing it will still be more than enough to render 2 Blanchard Road among Cambridge’s priciest trades in 2017.
