Architect Hacin + Associates designed the units in a contemporary style. The newly listed Unit 3E is a good example.

The south-facing, third-floor 4-BR, 3.5-BA is all clean lines, severe functionality, and open airiness, particularly where the kitchen leads into the living room/dining room.

This style doesn’t come cheap: Unit 3E is asking $4,399,000 through Campion & Co. Surprisingly enough, it’s unlikely that that titanic figure makes the condo one of the most expensive homes for sale in Boston.
