It is back on the market through Campion & Co. for $3,499,000.

The 12-room, two-fireplace spread includes a main bedroom suite that spreads over the entire top floor. The bottom floor can be set up as an au pair or in-law suite.

Parking is not included, however, but it’s available for purchase separately.
