Much has been made, here and elsewhere, about proximity to the T when it comes to real estate desirability in the Boston area.
It’s assumed that a lot of tenants and owners want to be near a subway, commuter rail, or bus line so as to zip (relatively speaking) back and forth from work without having to drive.
Is that really often the case? Our Friday Open Thread wants to know: Do you consider the T when hunting for an apartment, a condo, or a house? Why or why not?
