The 13 rooms of the Victorian at 57 Orchard Street in Jamaica Plain include six bedrooms—or “sleeping quarters” as the Coldwell Banker listing puts it—and a library as well as spacious dining and living rooms.

Basically, the house is a gem. Though it comes with a price tag of $2,450,000.

Fifty-seven Orchard last traded way back in October 1998 for the equivalent of about $915,000 in today’s cabbage.
