East Cambridge condo project tops off with fall completion looming

The Minco Corporation has topped off its seven-story, 84,000-square-foot condo complex at 262 Monsignor O’Brien Highway in East Cambridge, just inside from the Somerville line.

The development will include 55 1- and 2-BR condos featuring nine-foot ceilings, balconies, granite countertops, the works. There will also be concierge service and a fitness center as well as 55 on-site parking spaces and bike storage.

The complex has been under construction since last spring and is expected to open in the late summer. When it does, look for fast sales. Cambridge needs the inventory.
