Marlborough Street triplex listed again for $8.8M

The 4,856-square-foot triplex at 163 Marlborough Street in Back Bay has been on and off the sales and rental markets since October 2011.

The nine-room, five-fireplace spread in a building dating from 1860 last made an appearance in mid-2016, when it was asking as much as $7,900,000. It disappeared shortly before Thanksgiving, however, while asking $7,695,000.

The triplex is now back through Coldwell Banker for a cool $8,800,000. We’ll see what happens.
