The Boston Planning and Development Agency has approved a four-story, 21-unit apartment building at 317 Belgrade Avenue.
Developer Helm Residential has called the project a potential “gateway” for Roslindale for those coming from West Roxbury.
Eighteen of the 21 apartments would be 2-BRs and the rest 3-BRs (most would be market-rate, too). There is also supposed to be 5,980 square feet of ground-floor retail and 24 parking spaces.
Boston’s Zoning Board of Appeals still has to sign off on the project, but the BPDA nod is a big step. Stay tuned.
