The two condos born of a renovation of 73 Central Street in Somerville’s Spring Hill neighborhood each include three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and outdoor space (a patio in the case of Unit 1, a deck for Unit 2).

Both are duplexes, too.

They do differ in size—Unit 1 is 2,383 square feet and Unit 2 runs to 2,167 square feet. They also differ in price—considerably, it seems—with Unit 1 asking $878,000 and Unit 2 $948,000.
