Asking $1.7M

The 2,812-square-foot house at 13 Decatur Street in Cambridge’s Cambridgeport began life in the late 19th century as a colonial.

A major renovation in 1998 added not only a contemporary design to much of the place, but an entire addition. Paul Lukez Architecture of Somerville did the design honors.

The house, which includes three bedrooms and an au pair suite, is now on the market through LandVest for a cool $1.7 million.
